How to Use this Site
Every month I pick a book and a movie to review from a christian worldview. They are not the focus of this site so they do not appear in the normal spot for common posts about events and such. They can be found in the header of the website, simply click on the phrase “Book of the Month” (films are on the others side). You should research the films and books for yourself to see if they would agree with your consciences. Focus on the Family reviews “secular” movies and those reviews can be found here. This is just a gauge so that you all can know how my fund raising is going. This gauge is only for the first year. The “donate” button will take you to a sight where you can donate online. The sentence above that is linked and will take you to my Missions Door page.
The “Mike” section is a link to my twitter status. I try to update it often. I post when an event is going on, like the book table or if I am meeting one-on-one with a student. I am trying this out to see if people who visit the site are inspired to pray for the events or meetings going on at the time.
I will also post prayer requests so that you all can pray for the needs of the students on campus.
The events calendar can be used to see what is going on with CA each month and has information about each event (i.e. where and when).
